Presently the Real Estate values are quite low, so it is a
good time in the normal real estate cycle to buy. We have noticed a number of
individual builders
becoming very active in the recent past and that is usually a
good indicator of the future business to come. There has not been very much building
activity for large resort type properties, with the exception
of a couple of timeshare developments. The reason for this is due to the general
feeling of
residents of Kauai and their locally elected officials, that
Kauai remain as environmentally safe and not be too crowded. So large developments
will
probably be limited for the foreseeable future other than
those that are already zoned for such future development.
Kauai Isle Real Estate
is located on the corner of Papaloa Road and Kuhio Highway in downtown Kapaa. The
area is also known as Wailua, along the
Coconut Coast of Kauai. Any traffic that enters into
Kapaa Town or that travels to any portion of Northern Kauai must travel past this office
location.
The office location is immediately adjacent to the Coconut
Plantation Marketplace.
