This condominium development was built in 1973 on a land
area of
approximately 83,000 square feet. There are 66 condominiums and they are
either one or two bedroom and each have only one bath. The one bedroom's
living area is about 547 square feet and the two's have about 744 square feet
except for two of the two bedroom units which have about 1,000 square feet,
due to the added loft area. There are no elevators here and each building has
three stories of condominiums, one on each level. There is a swimming pool,
barbecues and other amenities too. The buildings are located fairly close
together and parking is very nearby.
The location here is exceptional. There are some ocean
views from some of
the units, but that is not the primary benefit. Almost all of the shopping and
the sightseeing that you find around Oneo Bay and Kailua Bay is within about
a one mile walk from this location. There is fast food dining and fine dining as
well as more shopping than you may want to be exposed to. Kailua Kona is a
quaint shopping village right on the ocean with plenty of views. Enjoy the walk
along the seawall !!
